(A subsidiary of Mitsubishi Japan)During my time at Shinryo Corporation, I was attached to the Jurong Region Line project, a leading initiative of the Singapore Metro Rail Transport (SMRT) system. As an intern I was tasked with managing the procurement, and compliance of the Ventilation systems, Fire-rated systems(FRS) and Building management systems(BMS) for the train depot. I worked on performing engineering calculations (for static and dynamic fluid pressure, load support) in accordance with company, client and government compliance requirements. As a point of contact for our clients, I took charge of addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and efficiently. In addition to client relations, I actively managed and assisted in the development of contracts and procurement leases with the Land Transport Authority (LTA) and product suppliers. Through meticulous attention to detail and proactive oversight, I ensured our supplied products were in accordance with regulatory requirements and project objectives.

As an Investment Analyst Intern at Deliver.sg, I spearheaded strategic initiatives to drive the company's expansion plans. My role involved managing the end-to-end process of deal sourcing, valuations, and negotiations, to secure the first-round funding. I meticulously evaluated investment opportunities, conducted thorough valuations, and orchestrated negotiations with potential investors. In my role as the Investments and Strategic Partnerships team, I conceptualized and developed a LinkedIn profile scraper tool using Python, Beautiful Soup, and Selenium. This automated tool helped investor lead generation by leveraging algorithms to extract valuable data from LinkedIn profiles. By automating updates to the investor database, I facilitated intelligent decision-making and streamlined the investor outreach process for startups.I actively engaged with VC investors and startup founders to facilitate curated matching and create potential funding opportunities. By leveraging my extensive network and insights gleaned from data analysis, I identified synergies between investors and startups, fostering meaningful connections and paving the way for strategic partnerships and investments.Beyond individual initiatives, I took proactive steps to contribute to the growth and development of Singapore's startup ecosystem, which is the primary goal of ACE as an organization. This included organizing and hosting fundraising and networking events aimed at bringing together local and international enterprises. Alongside my team, I helped in the organization of ACE'S 20th Anniversary Gala and Startup Awards, hosted a delegation of founders and investors from Ireland and organized FundrACE-(a curated matching funding event for Singapore-based startups).
