My time at MEA has exposed me to a variety of luxury beauty brands, including: CHANEL, Yves Saint Laurant, and Versace. I have been fortunate enough to be invited back for CHANEL 3 years in a row, as a Traveller, to assist with busy peak retail seasons, such as Christmas and Mother's Day.My tasks include:- Working in a fast-paced retail environment, communicating the brand image and detailed story behind luxury CHANEL products- Listening clearly and genuinely to customers to deeply understand their needs, and discussing appropriate and accurate recommendations that customers love!- Supporting overall branch efficiency by preparing premade CHANEL gift boxes and packaging, and restocking CHANEL shopping bags/samples where required- Elevating the VIP customer experience through immense attention to detail, via the ultimate CHANEL gift wrapping and packaging experience- Upselling customers into purchasing 2 or more products to obtain the CHANEL gift box experience- Recruiting and introducing customers to the brand - Promoting the CHANEL Festive Season 2023 campaign at David Jones Elizabeth St- Promoting the CHANEL Mother's Day 2024 campaign at Myer Sydney

My tasks at Chemist Warehouse include:- Assisting the dispensary with scripts in/out + dispensing in a high-pressure environment- Helping customers with Schedule 2, 3 and 4 enquiries + counselling on emergency contraceptives- Restocking pharmacy shelves, whilst helping with customer enquiries- Giving appropriate, evidence-based recommendations to customers on the shop floor + dispensary enquiries- Referring customers to the pharmacist-in-charge for more complex medication requests
