Working at Wowza I have overseen many things from rebuilding the security practices of the company to the overhaul of processes and evolution of systems. I am the main point of contact for all software systems and all facilities related systems. I maintain and update systems with the assistance of my help desk team as well as configure and update security setups. Together we maintain documentation, provide training, and work to reduce the software sprawl for all systems for Wowza. I am also the main point of contact for all Security related elements for the company, meaning I work with the whole company to maintain our SOC2 compliance. Qualia purchased my previous employer of Adeptive Software in January of 2020 and requested that I be kept on to help build and design the IT Department for Qualia. My position was somewhat of a Swiss Army Knife as I helped in all aspects of the department/company. I was promoted to Manager after successfully building an IT team for Qualia. I managed and mentored 5 help desk members as well as 3 deskside techs and assisted the Systems Administrators. This included systems including but not limited to Office 365, a Hybrid AAD, Intune/Autopilot, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, LastPass and more. These systems all needed up to date documentation and "Use Case" policies that I developed and built with my team. I worked hard to dial in spending and track the team's SLA targets to develop better and smarter work habits.

Tasked with a role to build a Help Desk team of varying skill levels and to continue to build out support systems for the company. Designed and documented process and guidelines for the team as well the company in areas such as retention policies, MFA and password requirements and many other areas. My job at Biemedia was to coordinate and manage all traffic requests for interactive advertising and work with sales to give the client and agency a point-of-contact person for schedule requests, reports, and creative assets. I tracked campaign deadlines, keep the original strategic direction of the campaign and worked internally to attain all required documentation in order to set up digital campaigns within the ad platform in order to meet the deliverable date. This required focus and constant attention to detail while still keeping tabs on all projects at once. This was accomplished by giving instructions in a timely manner to the QA team to make for a smooth and quick delivery of the final project.The majority of my position was to manage live campaigns, including weekly quality assurance reports, troubleshoot any technical issues, and deliver the product within the specified SLA.
