I have started my career at Canon Inc. as an embedded software programmer for projector products. When I joined the development team, it was a small team with less than 10 people in software development. It helped me to understand whole architecture of the system. I have created basic user interface architecture which receives user operation, and call the system transaction linked with that operation, then update the view of UI.Also, I have created communication protocol core to handle RS-232 commands.These experience as a programmer gave me not only the programmiong skill but also the skill to design system architecture.After a few years, I gradually shifted my career to more project management oriented as the number of engineers involved has been increased.
