Key Responsibilities• Providing regular reports on activity to the leader & manager• Responding to queries, complaints and requests from key shippers from any comms channel• Build and maintain strategic relationship with key shipper (including: attending meeting, day-to-day communication)• Communicating with other departments to meet Key Shippers needs and requirements.• Maintaining proactive, regular contact with Key Shippers to promote relationships and: - Provide leadership and training relating to our products to maximize opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling for existing and prospective Key Shippers.• Encourage maintained and increasing levels of revenue from Key Shippers.• Regularly checking Key Shippers websites and providing advice and support on compliance around marketing of qualifications.• Work to maintain and improve regulatory compliance in all areas of responsibility.• Maximize opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling• Support any sales & marketing projects by making calls to existing and potential Key Shippers with a focus on selling Ninja Van Products.• Support Commercial team in booking appointments for current Key Shippers.• Establish and maintain excellent product knowledge with an overview and understanding of the wider education sector.
