The 1st Asian Beach Games is the first of its kind in the world since similar events have never been organized in such size, making The 1st Asian Beach Games the world’s largest multi-sport beach event.In Indonesia, this event is definitely the largest and most high profile sporting event since The 4th Asian Games in Jakarta in 1962.Sanctioned by the Olympic Committee of Asia (OCA), the event comprises 45 participating countries and regions from all across Asia. There were 13 sports competed in this Asian Games.
