- responsible for administering employee training and education- responsible for student internships and research,- calculate training income and expenses, including: CI services, internship costs, research, training, etc- carry out orientation and evaluation of new employees and internship students (employees probation),- calculate overtime, oncall and double shifts of employees- calculate, register and become person in charge (PIC) of BPJS KES and BPJS TK,- Become an administrator in the process of employee leave, sick leave, maternity leave, marriage leave, Umrah leave, etc- submit SPPD and employee assignment letters- recap the journal of BPJS and non-BPJS doctor services which has been calculated by casemix and forwarded to the finance department- import employee salaries into the web portal- submit SP3 for HR expenditure

• Observing the behavior of ex-psychotic patients on a regular basis• Develop a behavior change module for Ex-Psychotic patients• Conducting FGD with staff and nurses in collecting patient data• Arrange activities in filling the activities of Ex-Psychotic patients
