I am a senior software engineer cum business analyst with more than twelve years of working experience, devoted nine years of my career specializing in Quintiq tool. I have been working remotely for nearly six years even before the Covid era, consistently accomplishing my responsibilities without the need for physical office presence. I possess expertise in the fields of logistics planning and demand planning.I were given the opportunities to work in Helsinki for a duration of two years. I work with team members across the globe since my first job, working and living abroad was not a problem to me. My recent experience managing AI-driven Progressive Web Applications (PWA) demonstrates my fast learning abilities and adaptability to new platforms and technologies.My primary role covers software engineer and quality assurance specialist. In my daily responsibilities, most of them are conducting global team conference calls, providing assistance to colleagues in need, and participating in investigations as necessary, discussion with functional analysts on the requirements design, analyzing on requirement changes, hands on on the programing when needed, confirming team members work if their work fit the requirements or might break other features and planning tasks to team members for the future. These are only for the project team. In the supporting team, there might be tickets raised in the middle of the day, I will check them, collect more information from customer, provide guidelines on the problem, and repeat something similar as working in a project. I have other responsibilities around the software engineering job scope. I also work as business analyst, discuss with clients on their usability, problem, improvement and updates with their software. When there is any change request needed, I collect requirements from clients, analyze the change request, come up with documentations and estimation for the required work. Conducting system testing for quality control after completing development tasks is not a stranger to me either. Most of the clients I worked with are in logistics or manufacturing industry. I developed and implemented logistics and demand planning applications for my clients. The systems help users in their sales and operation planning. I am currently seeking new opportunities.
