I have completed the Medical Administration Program at ECPI College of Technology in Charlotte, North Carolina with a 3.92 GPA. I was very dedicated and worked very hard to obtain and sustain my high GPA which is the same dedication I would bring to an employment position. I also attended York Technical College where I obtained my certification in Home Health Care and worked as a Certified Nurse’s Assistant and Nurse Technician for over ten years where I showed an abundance of empathy and patience when it came to providing patient care. In addition to my health care education, I also have over seven years of customer service experience from either working in a call center or an office environment along with basic office skills.
