AmiVoice Thai is a subsidiary of Advanced Media Inc. in Thailand.o Start-up member of AmiVoice Thai as technical lead in 2007.o Built development team and localize software products into Thai languageo Conducted data collection to build Thai speech recognizer and biometrics engine with speech scientist o Developed a new voice logger product with local software company.o Supported sales team and managed the project to deploy own call center products to local call centers in Thai to meet with customer’s requirements.o Managed speech specialist and transcriptionist team to tune speech recognition accuracy.

The company has been provided speech relevant products and solutions with their own speech recognizer, voice biometrics engine, signal processing and natural language processing technologies in Japan since 1997.o Supported sales team of speech recognition solution for call center to close deal and manage the software development project o Designed and developed several prototype products for call center using in-house speech recognition engine and conduct POC project as team lead in CTI task business task force.

The company is a product owner of UnPBX, CTI and IVR platform to provide call center solution for their customers and system integrators such as NEC, NTT and so on in Japan.o Wrote a core part of in-house UnPBX software to integrate with 3rd party speech recognizers such as Nuance, SpeechWorks and KDDI using C++ on Windows platform.o Took a training on Voice User Interface for Speech Application provided by SpeechWorks in Boston in 2001o Designed, developed, tested and deployed ASR IVR system using Dialogic telephony card, SpeechWorks speech recognizer, standard speech recognition grammar and C++ as team lead based on customer’s requirements.
