-Member of the design and project delivery team.-Conducting initial site survey and preparation of site survey report.-Coordinating with design team to review existing and proposed draft drawings.-Reviewing and addressing tender documents/submittals/correspondences.-Preparation of BOQ and pricing.-Coordinating with consultants for authority approval shop drawings and sub contractors for quotations.-Coordinate with clients/landlord/building management/sub contractors/Govt. authorities to obtain drawings/material approvals.-Preparation of LPO's-Involved throughout the sales and project's construction process.
