Project Title: “HR Processes, Automation and Outsourcing”Project Description: 1. Creating Standard Operating Procedures for major HR operations like Onboarding, Employee Relations, Employee Life Cycle (Changes in Reporting structures/location etc.), Payroll and Exit Management2. Identifying Processes for Automation and the time and cost involved in the same (Creation of design for an automated portal for dealing cases of Disciplinary Action, Automated Feedback mechanism for HR Service desk and E-Separation and automated processes on Exit Desk)3. Identifying Processes for Outsourcing (Software for Integrated Performance Management System and scope of outsourcing the Outbound Training)

I taught twelfth class students there. I was also involved in organizing quiz sessions for them. Apart from these, I was also involved in interacting with the kids, their parents and other volunteers that came there on a regular basis.
