Qualitative Research  Interaction with client for account management& enhance client relationships on a regular basis Complete control of a project from initiation till the final closure  Preparation of research documents like proposals, screeners & discussion guides Moderate all kinds of qualitative research activities such as FGDs, DIs, Ethnographies, online forums and telephonic interviews Prepare research reports (Word and PowerPoint) and make presentations to client  Effectively handle stakeholder relationships to ensure the smooth execution & completion of a project Responsible for the financial aspect of the project like preparing the job cost and monitoring the financial expenditures throughout the span of the project Managing a team of 5 researchers Quantitative Research • Client management and business development • Managing and mentoring a team of analyst on day to day project work• Covering Ad-hoc research for clients like NPS, Brand tracks, Ad -testing, campaign evaluation etc• Report making and presentation

• Working closely with senior management within a team of analysts and consultants to help clients identify and capture purpose-led growth opportunities• Client face for assignments, liaising between the Client and Millward Brown (MB) on project-related issues to ensure, client’s needs & objectives are being met• Working on proposals and attending business pitches with senior members of team• Day to day involvement with client’s projects includes, designing & analyzing market research, questionnaire design, liaison with project management team, translating data into consumer insights, communicating with clients, developing strategic recommendations, creating client presentations and preparing client workshops• Developing individual job cost matrix, monitoring job costs throughout the project and ensuring profitability• Regular field visits & audits, to ensure quality of Data collected and to understand the problems faced by interviewers on field while taking interviews.
