. I am passionate about kids as I have used various innovative fun activities by strengthening the skills of the students from different cultural backgrounds in my previous placement which helped me to build strong connection with kids.During my first placement in Brentwood Secondary College, I provided wellbeing support to young people by applying various strategies and approaches such as: trauma informed practice, person centred approach, strength- based approach which helped me to acquire as a position of transition manager of Wellbeing team in Brentwood. I enhanced the social skills among the students and motivated the students to overcome with their social anxiety. I helped the kids in rising their self-esteem and growth which are associated with their relationships, school and day to day activities. Developing individual treatment plans for adolescents in Brentwood on my flexibility, imagination, and ability to establish and maintain rapport, skills that would help me to achieve my goal. I supported the kids by helping them to deal with their day to day mental health issues due to various reasons.Additionally, I have completed my second fieldwork placement from Multicultural Youth Support Services (MYSS) as a part of homework club. During this placement I have supported the children and helped the organisation to expand and explore by connecting with students, interacting with them by using creative strategies. I worked as an Assistant Coordinator in Better Think, Top Careers and You (TCY) which developed counselling skills, communication skills, management skills and skills of customer dealing. My role was to provide educational career counselling and managing the centre (training students and teaching staff, maintaining academic records, maintaining accounts, maintaining stock, answering telephonic enquiries, counselling, follow ups). Additionally, I worked as an English teacher in a CBSE school where I have developed my knowledge and confidence to deal with children and parents. I engaged in various child developmental and co-curricular activities to develop creative and artistic skills among the students.
