Sourcing candidates from job portals, social networking sites, references.Ensure utilization of all sourcing channels to build pipeline through both active and passive candidates and achieve required hiring demand and productivity targets.Screening & short-listing suitable profiles against the requirement.Communicate openly and in a timely manner throughout the candidate journey while ensuring the candidate needs are met. Interviewing candidates to check for their communication skills, technical skills as per client’s needs & their suitability.Coordinating with the clients to get the requirements and following up with them for feedback on the processed profiles.Scheduling telephonic and F2F interviews for the short-listed candidates.Salary negotiations and fixation of the selected candidates.Preparing and maintaining various recruitment details & database.

•Understand the Client and requirement.-Develop In-depth understanding of open requirements and skills needed by sincere discussion with HR and other stakeholders of client.-Building a comprehensive list of do’s and don’ts for the client and requirements.•Source Candidates.-Use all the available channels to source candidate profile against the client request.-Develop targeted candidate search by industry, geography, function and cost.-Validate the potential candidates interest by email or phone or in-person.-Strategize and attract passive candidates.•Interview and coordination-Do prelim interview and submit to client for further process.-Based on client request and candidate’s availability arrange and work a schedule for discussion by phone, in-person or video call.-Follow up and get updated on candidate’s status.
