Project: Pricing and Electronic Liquidity Description: Centralized Pricing is a global, real-time pricing and electronic trading of FX (Spots, Forwards & Swaps), interest rate swaps, Rates & Corporate bonds, and Credit default swaps, etc. Depending up on the various parameters like (location, currency, corporate, government etc.) these are segregated into different desks. These desks shows the various prices of these securities and other information about them. Trading is done on these securities from CP Application as well as from third party dealer-to-customer platforms (Bloomberg, TradeWeb, MarketAxess, BondVision) and dealer-to-dealer platforms (Tradition, ISWAP, Espeed, MTS etc.). The behaviour of these securities is different so depending on the desk the end-to-end trading lifecyle is verified, from raising a trade in the CP Application, their interaction with the various gateways (autoquoting, pricing, quotefeed, posttrade etc.) till a trade is complete and if any downstream systems are involved then the trades are verified at their end.The project also involved testing the price publication, trade execution and trade flow to clearing houses for some of the Swap Execution Facilities(SEF) (Javelin, Dealerweb, Tradition)Responsibilities: • Requirement gathering for new functionality and change requests.• Involved in testing Prices on various instruments, Trade execution & trade booking.• Preparation of Test Plan and Test Cases• Create automated & manual regression suite for testing end to end flow.• Provided daily and weekly updates to managers on testing status to help prepare accurate project timelines and resource estimates.• Test Management & Defect Management through QC• Schedule automation runs for continuous execution and release executions.• Involved in RCA activities with development teams to analyze defects and their re-occurrence in future.• Develop test scripts based upon business requirements,in line with defined workflows & use cases.
