As a successful Keynote speaker and thought-leader, I’ve promisingly climbed the entrepreneurial ladder for the past two decades, breaking the glass ceiling and claiming my rightful spot in a world where gender barriers and bias deeply exist. Standing in front of audiences from a few hundreds to tens of thousands, I love presenting my thoughts on the topics of leadership, self belief, diversity and empowerment. It was back in 2011 when I closed the door to my office at a well known Indian fashion designer to think about my life. When I opened it, I walked through, leaving behind a career in retail in order to open new doors to my own entrepreneurial venture.Over the past decade, I have successfully built a highly profitable revenue pipeline and also reinvested my earnings in cutting-edge business ideas, including a luxury real estate company and a digital marketing agency. Additionally, I founded One Purpose, a social initiative that I am very proud and passionate about. It promotes empowerment for women via education, skill development, and business possibilities; with the clear objective of helping them build their economic independence. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to mentor several thousand budding entrepreneurs across sales, network marketing, product placement and leadership. With my team spread across the world today, I continue to unpack the real-world landscape with them to continuously create value and build a sustainably profitable life model.
