I create a proof of concept to automate some of the key use cases which was highly liked by the client. In the requirements phase, I worked with the users to gather requirements and exploding the Use Case Specification documents. This application will co-exist with another application in the same org in production used for dispensing Humira and conducting Insurance Benefit Verification for the patients and HCPs.Design encompasses following Health Cloud features : Patient health timeline, Patient Card / profile, Patient care team network, Clinical data model, EHR data model, HL7 compliant interface, Case Management with Omni-channelProject: Salesforce Social Studio :This project aims at integrating interactions on Facebook page with Salesforce such that the interactions with patients lead to creation of various database records in salesforce namely - Patient, Cases or Orders and leverage Omni-channel for assigning case to agents.In the current state, patients use Facebook page of Abbvie for various purposes including ordering entitled products and reporting adverse events.
