My sports journey has always been about striving for excellence, showing resilience in tough times, and maintaining focus under stress. These same qualities now drive my personal growth and desire to inspire others. Beyond all, I'm a people-person. I thrive on making new connections and lending a helping hand.Since retiring from my professional sport career, I have been doing many things in order to find my new passion including podcasting on sports, building a community for athletes (and formers), earning a college degree, to name a few. My podcast offers a platform where we explore stories from sports, tackle challenges and ways of coping, and discover new avenues for growth—be it personal, mental, or professional.When it comes to the community that I have established, it targets specifically athletes and former athletes, offering a supportive, growth-oriented space that combines fun, goal-oriented togetherness, and the company of like-minded people seeking to make a positive impact on the world.With a mission to empower people to recognize their worth and potential, I channel my experiences and insights into fostering self-esteem, wellness, self-love, and joy.
