The Institute for Multipartisan Education is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to sustainably increasing and improving capacity for curious and constructive disagreement on campus.We believe that curiosity is the antidote to today’s polarized educational institutions, and that it is constrained by well-intentioned layers of protection from challenging ideas.We also house the Hotline for Israel/Palestine, a texting hotline dedicated to responding to inquiries about the region — not with definitive answers, but with resources from multiple perspectives to empower the user to develop an informed position. Having trained with the Harvard Mediation Program at Harvard Law School, I mediate disputes in Small Claims Court across MA.

Promoted from Volunteer for exceptional commitment and client management, I now manage the maximum number of clients, assisting both my email and phone.

I provide clients with legal information regarding their small claims cases, advising them about their options to resolve their cases outside of court, and help them prepare documents in preparation for filing deadlines.

Selected as a Fellow in the Intercollegiate Civil Disagreement Partnership, I participate in weekly meetings with fellows from Santa Fe College, Stanford University, Harvard University, California State University, Bakersfield, and St. Phillip’s College to learn about civil disagreement and engage in discussion around contentious topics.

Asked to join this committee by Dean Rakesh Khurana, we work to brainstorm and implement ways to increase what we are calling ‘intellectual vitality’ on campus. We believe that it is not just possible but crucial to engage with dissenting viewpoints, as long as we do so respectfully, and it is a passion for this engagement formed the committee and continues to motivate its work

As an intern with the Conflict Resolution team, I work on the US Violence Mitigation project helping promote civil discourse, depolarization, and cross-faith engagement ahead of the 2024 election.

I achieved this title by completing the column on criminal justice reform.

In this role, I am part of a team of three which edits and published all articles relating to international affairs, hosts speakers on diverse topics from around the world, and generally serves on the masthead of the HPR.

In this role, I have written and published seven articles, including pieces ranging from Hillel and the Boycott, Divest, Sanction movement, free speech on campus, and a column on criminal justice reform

In order to become a Staff Writer, I completed an intensive summer fellowship, during which I published three articles while learning key journalistic skills.

In this role, I help to plan, organize, and run events ranging from prayer workshops to panel discussions for 80 participants from all religions.

Guaranda, Bolívar, Ecuador

During my six weeks in Ecuador, I volunteered in a low-income village doing construction work, educating about the effects of littering on the environment, meeting locals, learning Spanish, and exploring the country.

Washington Dc-Baltimore Area

In this role, I helped facilitate courses on negotiation in shelters and empowerment programs for underserved people in DC. I also conducted interviews with past participants, researched negotiation theory as it applies to marginalized groups, created materials for the curriculum, and researched grant opportunities.

I conducted research, drafted new material, and updated chapters and endnotes for the forthcoming new edition of one of Professor Robert Mnookin's books.

In this role, I speak as a student representative at college information sessions, and lead campus tours, both roughly twice a week

Working for Senator Jamie Eldridge, I drafted bills and amendments, created official bill summaries and fact sheets for new bills, created redline copies of bills to be introduced, researched current legislative priorities, and crafted memos, press releases, and op-eds.

In this position, I reviewed discovery and other relevant case material, created summaries and timelines, drafted reports and memos on my research, and conducted and reported on client interviews.

In this role, I served as the liaison between the NH Smart Justice Campaign and the Resident Communication Council, an organisation of incarcerated people in the NH State Prison.

Working specifically for the ACLU of NH's Smart Justice Campaign, a national criminal justice reform initiative, I conducted research and report on findings to the Smart Justice coordinator, conducted interviews with directly impacted people, and reviewed cases for curriculum development, and analyzed contracts.

In this role, I conducted research into and drafted reports on hate crimes across the country, responded via phone to incident reports of bias and/or anti-semitism, brainstormed and organized webinars on topics ranging from genocide to American democracy, and crafted letters and talking points for senior staff.
