I am leading Shield's growth and expansion to the UK and EU financial services market. Based out of London, I am building Shield's local presence and laying the foundations for the London office. - Mapping out relevant target customers per region, defining and creating tech and business partnerships within the RegTech ecosystem.- Inside sales efforts and planning.- Public speaking and brand ambassador for Shield.- Researching and keeping up to date on the latest regulations and projects including MAR, MIFID/MIFID ii/ GDPR/ePrivacy/ Dodd Frank etc

- Building a video advertising network from bottom up- Entire sales and marketing process of the network from legal to finacnce to tech implementation- Creating unique and results driven video ad campaigns with other networks and players in the industry

- Developed business plans for the sales and marketing video advertising department - Created products that met partners needs as well as writing detailed requirements documentation from a technology perspective

- Improved performance by building and executing processes in an ongoing changing eco-system- Administered hiring process and single handedly trained the entire partnership and sales team

- Managed and trained a team of 8 account managers and was responsible for team’s retention and sales goals while simultaneously handling the company’s most strategic accounts

Managed a series of accounts, handled purchase orders, worked with the logistics team to ensure smooth shipment process
