At Ventevo, we developed mutiple lead generation projects within the last years from scratch and without external funding. We scaled to 1M+ yearly revenue and reached profitability after two years.As the company's revenue is a direct result of conversions in our funnels, I optimized the funnels data-driven by measuring and adapting while scaling ad spend on a fast pace.

holi is the digital space where people and organizations come together to act for common good. It strives to be the launchpad for social and ecological activism by integrating existing tools and developing own.Being responsible for all core features of the ecosystem since the early days (as I was employee #4), I shaped the product from discovery and user research over all lifecycle stages to shipping the very first version of our app this summer. Whilst growing the team from 1 perm dev and a freelance designer to currently 7 developers and 2 designers, I – once again – learned a lot how to build successful teams and drive them to velocity.

karamba karamba was a fair fashion shop with completely transparent supply chain - from field to PoS. All profit was donated to initiatives chosen by the customer on checkout. By this, karamba karamba donated nearly 50k€. I was responsible for the analogue product (first time in my life to create something non-digital) and the customer experience as a whole – including CRO.

While working at Swipe I had the chance to work on various app projects for different clients.For roughly a year I worked for Audi and led the team of 8-10 designers for Audi’s main digital touchpoint. We fully redesigned the app in time, scope and budget and could increase app downloads by 36% and app rating up to 4.2. Afterwards, I led a team creating the global intro landing page (40 markets) of Audi’s first full EV – the eTron. It had over 25M page visits within the first quarter after launch.Then I moved on to shape hvv switch which combines the Hamburg local transport ticketing with new age mobility services. In this project I led a team of 8 developers and 2 designers. We were able to develop and implement a modular design system which gives room to grow when new mobility services are added but remains the simplicity and joy of use. Furthermore, we delivered full app design in time, scope and budget.

In the project "Outputmanagement" my team of 8 developers and I have migrated the 30 year old document production and printing software to a newly built platform with 50+ colleagues involved. By that, we cut the CO2e by 30+% and costs by 1M+€ in 2017 alone and by 4M+€ by the end of 2018 in total.

Working as a Software Developer using COBOL, Java and DB/2 my biggest accomplishment was the successful migration of the group’s reinsurance system from IBM Mainframe to a decentralized Java client server technology cutting operating costs by a third.
