School and Institute, and Director of Special Programs at RAVSAK school network, designing programs and offering professional development and coaching in a range of innovative educational approaches. Shira inspired and mentored excellence in teaching, collaborated actively with the Director of Development in support of school’s fundraising efforts and with the Director of Admissions in the recruitment of new students, and managed budget and operations. Shira expanded high quality, innovative programming with emphasis on service and social-emotional learning as well as experiences nurturing innovation and creativity.

Shira participated actively on the school’s Senior Administration team responsible for the educational and administrative leadership of this three campus K-12 school. Shira developed, implemented, and expanded high quality innovative programming with an emphasis on a school wide approach to nurturing the social-emotional and character development of our students.
