This spring I productized customer success, turning our services into a key asset for Lin's partners, and grew our monthly business 2.5x within one month based only on existing partnerships. I now lead our clinic partnerships team, ensuring success for all Lin's clinic and health system partners.I also own the end-to-end patient experience and long term value of a user, delivering activation of all patient referrals, ongoing utilization of services, and long term retention. In this role, I ensure Lin engages and retains patients through high-value, optimized services and the tech and data that enable them. I manage scalable and effective coaching operations and customer support, customer activation, and backend operations wherever manual work is required behind our technology.I also manage Lin's sales team. I owned Lin's foray into growth via clinic partnerships and patient referral, which is now our core growth engine. I studied the customers and market on the ground and developed our outreach strategy, value propositions, and key service features. I continue to push improvement of the package we sell, the value proposition, and our narrative - ensuring we are integrate into clinics as a differentiator and critical partner. I am now a leader in clinic sales and have personally initiated, qualified and closed some of our most successful B2B deals.
