And if that purpose isn't met, nothing else really matters as much.My career started in shipping and logistics where I handled international clients. From the onset, I communicated with international agents and grew familiar with customer relationships. I next co-founded an advertising agency, where I specialised in understanding the pain points of our clients. Here, my team created customised solutions for multinational blue-chip companies.Journeying into the tech sphere, as the CEO of Villvay, I spent the bulk of my time hiring a world-class team and helping them develop purposeful careers. I have always loved working with people as I find human behaviour intriguing and consequential.I have helped clients in the US, UK, Europe and Australia with leading teams that have built startup products from ideation to launch. I have also worked with enterprise clients like Nielson, Microsoft, Würth and Infomedia on digital products and legacy modernisation projects.With the view of developing a specialisation, I eventually decided to have a special focus on B2B e-commerce.Enterprise e-commerce plays a major role in driving economic activity and thus, communities by boosting manufacturing, distribution and operational efficiency. By focussing on B2B e-commerce, I get to combine my passions for people and enterprises.
