In my role as the Head of HubSpot Onboarding I focus on analysing businesses' needs and crafting tailored solutions that align with their objectives to ensure business growth. I work closely with clients to understand their unique requirements and ensure a smooth transition to HubSpot, from setting up the platform to training teams on how to effectively use it and ensure they get the most out of the tool. I also manage the Onboarding department, setting up processes for implementation of onboarding across the business both internally and with clients.

In this position, I produce all the content for the Afrihost brand, including website content, mailers, and newsletters. I also maintain the digital marketing content and AdWords accounts for Afrihost.

I was brought in as a freelance copywriter to work on the popular “The Fugitive” campaign. While on this campaign I was responsible for all clues needed as well as any added copy required. After only a month I was offered a contract and ended up working as a permanent copywriter for 947 and Kfm, as well assisting on copy for 702, CapeTalk, Lead SA and Crime Line. My responsibilities in this position included: - Conceptualising campaign ideas for clients - Writing concept documents for the ideas and producing the final product, which includes writing and recording promo scripts. - Scripting imaging for the stations- Scripting online copy. I also wrote client generic scripts, including recorded and live scripts, for all of the Primedia brands (702, CapeTalk and Kfm) as well as Lead SA and Crime Line. I was present in studio to direct all the scripts I wrote. I was also the video content producer for the Momentum 947 Cycle Challenge for 2 years.

In this position I was the soul PR manager for 17 clients including, True Religion, Soviet, Police sunglasses, Givenchy sunglasses and Marc Ecko. I was responsible for all relations with the media as well as the clients. I was also responsible for all events and promotions for clients.
