Dr. Hammon and I outlasted six office managers while I was there and four other hygienists as well as a number of dentists. I was the lead hygienist as well as a Mentor Hygienist of my region, which included the rest of Madison, Appleton and some other nearby and far away offices.I instituted a caries management program there, as well as periodontal programs. I oversaw chart audits, taught myself the computer system, and attended quarterly meetings at headquarters in Brown Deer, WI.
