Additionally, I was responsible for related policy and process and provided direction and support as required to manage recruitment and selection maintaining global consistency across The Foundation and building the capacity of hiring managers by developing their skills in best practice recruitment, making consideration of local labour laws, cultural norms and program needs. I ensured that all phases of the recruitment life-cycle, including sourcing, screening, presentation, negotiation of offers and reference and background checks were coordinated, monitored, tracked and executed. Actively maintained metrics to ensure ready access to accurate information, and develop insightful analysis for reporting and continuous improvement.
