I work this job every summer and have been doing so since 2016. I have extensive experience in working with children from newborn age to thirteen years old. In this job, I aid in setting up and leading in creative and recreational activities for the kids, engage the children in group activities, helped manage large groups on field trips, feed, clean, nap, and read to the kids. I am in charge of time managing the daily schedules with each of the classes, and do so by taking big loads off of the main preschool teacher including preparing food, cleaning classrooms, dressing the kids, etc.

I co-organized and lead a lunch club at Palisades Charter High School, called Jewish-Muslim Alliance. Our purpose was to teach and learn more about Muslim and Jewish cultures, traditions, and people, in order to understand our similarities with each other, and the differences that make us beautiful. We helped build stronger bonds between the two communities that we, unfortunately, lack in many other places of the world. Prior to our first meeting, we were offered a grant from The Jewish Federation of $1,500. We used this money to organize for Kosher and Halal catering at each of our meetings, where we provided authentic shawarma and falafel sandwiches for approximately 100 attendees per meeting. My cabinet and I would create presentations for our meetings where we researched on topics in addition to the knowledge we already have. Each meeting, we presented and discussed a new topic, some including comparing basics of both religions, teaching about Passover and Ramadan and their ties, and speaking on Judaism and Islam's history's overlaps and community with each other. Many attendees have reached out to us thanking us for our work, claiming the club has helped them become more aware and accepting, more knowledgeable, and more prideful.

Actively engaged in all facets of Business Administration, I collaborated in chapter meetings and independently pursued DECA online coursework. I gained hands-on experience in operations management, problem-solving, customer communication, financial administration, marketing strategies, and organizational efficiency. Competed in national DECA competitions, consistently ranking in the top ten across both test-taking and scenario-based role plays, where I effectively analyzed and presented solutions to judges.
