In addition, I write RFP’s, choose suppliers, and I’m always eager to learn about new trends and emerging markets.Being in charge of technology adoption and implementation requires dealing with skepticism from business partners. I choose to approach this challenge by developing win-win action plans that promote innovation processes that are completely aligned with the company’s strategy and objectives.Furthermore, the position requires me to constantly focus on ROI, and to display a great deal of adaptability and flexibility. I reflect on this period of time, managing a team of 20 for the integration of the SAP system, as one of the most meaningful professional experiences in my life. Our development, training, and implementation teams all worked together in harmony. As manager, I had the opportunity to learn a lot about myself.
