Providing technical support of PCs (personal computer hardware,peripherals and softeware) in an onsite capasity. Install, configure and support personal computers, peripherals andsoftware as required. Perform second and third level problem determination for PCs. Undertake the design of systems and the analysis of high levelproblems and issues and provide advice to support engineers andcustomers on the most appropriate method ofresolution/implementation. Evaluate and recommend innovative technical solutions to satisfycustomer's business requirements.

Fixing both hardware and software problems for almost all sorts ofcustomers including small and medium size businesses to personalcomputers Hardware: assembling PCs, fixing hardware issues, replacingdefected parts, etc.; providing a wide range services to customers, to name butafew installing operating systems (e.g. Windows XP, Vista & 7),recavering data, identifying and repairing programmes conflicts,antivirus and virus protection, etc.

Developing software based on JAVA script for different purposes andtargeting different customers*; ISCO (Information Saramad; Supervising the section of script programming (based on object-orientedprogramming) During this period I expanded the experience which I gained in insurancesystems in previous years (e.g. sufficiency acceptance, legal assignment,statistics) Heading a team of two test analysts Installation and maintenance of company's applied systems atcustomers' sites Providing teaching courses on company's applied systems for all usersat customer site Database management by c-tree DB technology Participating in preparing and implementing marketing plans Increasing annual sales by more than 10%
