In addition, Shirin oversees the end to end development of commercial real estate, including feasibility study, acquisition and funding, entitlement, construction, marketing, leasing, and property management. Shirin is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds degrees in Business Management, Journalism, and Mass Communication.
