It’s flexible, because our products allow you to deliver rehab at your premise or in patient’s home (very relevant to COVID), It’s fun because the rehab exercises are done through specially designed games patients play; it’s goal based because our patients have seen tangible improvement to their movement; it’s measurable because we provide occupational therapists and patients with detailed analytics on their progress. Our products are used by over 50 hospitals and private clinics with 100s of stroke patients benefiting.

After acquisition, I joined JDSU's team of business leaders. Under my leadership Arieso continued to deliver record growth. I left to take a break.

I founded and grew Arieso, a pioneering software company in the telecoms space, from an idea to an international company with many tier-1 telco customers worldwide. In 2013, Arieso was one of three successful exits in Europe, delivering 5-10x return to its investors. The company was valued at 40x EBITDA due to its high YoY revenue growth as well as unique technology and position in the market.

Focused on 3G RAN standardisation, I was promoted through the engineering ranks at Vodafone. I was also a key member of the team that developed the business plan for Vodafone UK leading up to the 3G auctions. I left Vodafone to start my own company, Arieso.

Being the 5th employee of MAC Ltd, this was my first taste of a start up. I held various technical positions, and worked on a number of projects ranging from DSP development for Satellite mobile phones to ray tracing and indoor cell propagation models. I was promoted to the manager position looking after consultancy projects. I was headhunted by Vodafone and joined their 3G technical team.
