I have over 15 years of rich and varied experience of working as a Financial controller and have been promoted to the position of Manager-Financial Reporting with G+D Currency Technology which is a German multinational company with headquarters in Munich. My current role allows me to do a variety of things including financial reporting, preparing annual financial plans and forecasts, monthly rolling updates on the MEA business revenue and order income for submission to the board at the head quarters in Munich. I am also passionate about Enterprise Performance Management, Blue Ocean strategy, Value creation and Value chain analyses. I have a strong internal audit background which comes in as an added asset for handling responsibilities as well as engaging in business process improvement as and when required. Details:Responsible for monthly , quarterly and yearly reporting of Profit and loss and Balance sheet of the companies assigned which includes consolidation of contribution margin at product group level.Preparation of quarterly Forecasts and annual Budgets for the companies G+D Currency Technology, G+D Mobile Security, Veridos Dubai FZE and G+D Holding FZE.Overseeing the Intercompany reconciliation process during actual reporting and planning process.Conducting an analytical review of variances as and when required in response to the comments or queries from Financial controllers at the head quarters.Applying inductive and deductive reasoning for matters of exception and providing a heads up to the concerned stakeholders.Responding to the Divisional and Central Controlling at head quarters for all matters related to financial reporting and compliance of group guidelines.Overseeing the process of recording and reporting of Order income and Order Backlog as part of the monthly reporting pack to the head quarters.
