As a part of Prime’s management team I am responsible for the Marketing Communications Department, the agency’s largest business area. The role consist of budget and staff responsibility as well as client responsibility for brands such as Kellogg’s, Nespresso and VisitSweden. Responsibilities include:- Setting long term goals and developing the client strategically over time- Planning and executing global and local marketing campaigns in multi-channels, several of which have been internationally awarded - Leading cross-functional teams consisting of creatives, designers, planners, media relations specialists and project managers- Recruiting and developing staff - Budget and profitability of business area and client projects

The role as Senior Project Manager / Key Account Manager consisted of equal parts client management, new business development and pitches. Responsibility for multiple client relationships within consumer marketing, leading and managing teams to ensure work met/exceeded client expectations.

As Project Manager I was responsible for managing projects and leading teams within consumer marketing and public service. My main responsibilities were to maintain daily contact with clients and vendors, develop project plans including budgets, scopes of work, time plans and manage multiple projects of various types simultaneously.
