I worked across a range of public affairs and comms accounts including Mace, Gatwick Airport, CITB, John Lewis Partnership, Care Quality Commission, BT and Energy UK, providing strategic and stakeholder communications advice and public affairs support to clients and was responsible for developing and delivering media strategies for clients to support their business objectives.I organised private dinners, roundtables and meeting programmes for clients across Westminster and Whitehall, party conferences and with the media.I regularly delivered national, trade and regional coverage such as for Energy UK for their carbon monoxide awareness campaign, securing BBC Breakfast, Daybreak, Channel 5 News and national radio opportunities.

Included a secondment to Mace delivering national and trade press coverage across Mace’s projects, including the Shard; designed and implemented crisis comms strategy for Mace projects.Managed and provided day-to-day counsel to clients across a range of accounts including Mace, CLM, CH2M HILL and King’s Cross Central and led LCA’s social media work, both for the agency and for clients.Seconded to the press office at High Speed 1, working on the high-profile launch of St Pancras International and led LCA’s work in the run-up to the London mayoral and Assembly elections in May 2008 and 2010 local and General Election, including managing a research team and drafting material for LCA’s predictions and post-election analysis.
