Joined the Board of Directors, to lead the rebrand of the company, while also building an in-house team.During my time at Victory, I spearheaded a new single-minded-proposition and compelling brand narrative that positioned Victory as a credible alternative in a market saturated by historic and well-known brands. This was backed up with a 3-year strategy to move Victory from a ‘tier 3’ to ‘tier 1’ brand in the industry, increasing market share from 2 to 12%. While there I also;- Created a market segmentation that helped shape product and sales territory strategies, while also identifying opportunities for growth across the UK and Ireland. - Launched a B2B brand tracking study to identify opportunities for growth, and core messaging for the different segments across the market- Introduced an insight-led approach to NPD to improve product performance while also opening up potential in new markets- Led the creation of a strategic partnership with the UK’s biggest self catering booking agent - Hoseasons - which supported business development and product development strategy- Launched new digital presence across web and social, consistently outperforming all competitors in terms of social engagement and PR- Created multiple high impact events- Created various ‘big stories’ to continually push Victory’s innovation-first positioning, engaging trade and consumer press for maximum coverage- Created and launched a company-first EVP and engagement programme, to help embed the VictoryVMV and culture across two operational sites. - Played a vital advisory role to the Board, helping shape Victory’s long term strategic position, bring fresh thinking and new ways of working to move the business forward

Developing and managing campaigns to acquire new customers and up/x-sell existing. It was during this time that I started to work on a project to develop a transactional segmentation of KC's consumer base to identify key triggers and behaviours within different segments groups that posed both opportunity and risk to the bottom line. Also heavily involved in KC's roll out of its ADSL2+ service upgrade across it's broadband network in 2008 with the introduction of a new broadband proposition portfolio and migration path.
