Experience : Earlier associated with Maharashtra Scooters Ltd. Satara an automobile industry from 1978 to 1990 (12.5 years) in managerial capacity and worked in production, projects, Quality Assurance departments. Since 1978 till today total 43 years experience in Industry.Hobbies: Hiking, Trekking & Gardening Interests: Entrepreneurship Development in youth & interacted with students ,young entrepreneurs in various institutes ,colleges,at forums, seminars etc Have been associated with MAS- Manufacturers’ Association of Satara since 1987 shouldered various responsibilities acted as President during 2008-10 and raised, helped & succeeded in solving various issues faced by industry MSME in and around Satara districts. Organized programs to increase awareness about Industrial Safety ,Pollution Control & Ehics & Values in Business during the tenure. Now a days MAS presence is felt by all. A Rotarian since 1992 and also acted as a trustee of Rotary club Satara camp Trust for 10 years and had been Chairman of the trust and looked after Anandban School for differently able students.
