Apart from ITSM suite, I have implemented various projects of ITOM, ITBM, HRSD suites. ITBM projects included Agile Development, Demand and Project Portfolio Management for a high-tier health industry client.This technical scripting knowledge stands me out not only being an Architect who understands end-to-end processes but I am also proficient technically, which helps me to be a better escalation point for my technical resources as well as for clients to be able to understand and demonstrate them the complex solutions in layman way yet clarifying technicalities.
