Much like the song by Journey, I’m just a small-town girl…coming from Kansas and a Jayhawk through and through. I started off in the world of call centers supporting Medicare beneficiaries navigate through the complex and confusing world to make their experience easier. That took me a long way from home and I landed on the east coast still focused on customer experience and finding solutions that enhance and enlighten customers' own journeys. Fast forward to my life with Capital One and from managing processes to now managing the product one thing has remained solid in my attraction and love for Capital One…the customer matters.
