At National Healthcare I worked to develop new business strategies and new services of a broad spectrum of revenue recovery service lines. I was a motivated sales leader who was successful in managing projects and presenting reports to clients. I also would speak at local HFMA and AAHAM events on the importance of Defending Hospital Audits. I joined National Healthcare Review after the acquisition of American Medical Review. In January 2013, National Healthcare Review merged with Adreima which gave us a much larger footprint in the country and broadened our services to our existing clients.

I started American Medical Review in 1985 after I saw how much revenue hospitals were losing with audits and take-backs from the Insurer. I felt compelled to assist hospitals defend their revenue, identify root causes of their losses and uncover additional revenue not previously recognized through Charge Audits, Coding, and Managed Care Contract Payment Reviews. I worked to expand the business and position it to grow through an acquisition with National Healthcare Review in 2007.
