Successful project management of new customers installations and existing clients network and system upgrades in VOIP, Contact Centre and Wireless solutions. Customers included NSW Regional Hospitals, Financial and other industry sectors. Also project managed our Cisco Gold Partner certification 2 years in a row, plus co-coordinating our Cisco Collaboration Specialisation. Managing the IT operations for Australasia with a team of system/helpdesk engineers to support internal users, AP systems and local infrastructure - with a wider support framework for exchange, WAN and global BT & 3rd party applications.

Began in the Network Operations Centre 2001 - 2004 providing network monitoring and management in the support centre. Moved into Internal IT Operations for Australia and managed desktop and data centre support which also included the maintenance of Asia Pacific system. Provided training and communications to end users in AP region.
