Digital Project Manager
CurrentDigital Project/Delivery Manager for a global web development company based in the events and exhibitions industry. Manage the delivery of digital projects, working closely with the in-house technical and design teams to guarantee all projects are delivered on time, on budget and within client brief. I work on fast turn-around projects, (8-12 weeks turnaround) and am comfortable working to tight deadlines, managing multiple projects and making sure the technical and design teams time is effectively managed. I have produced approximately 600 websites in my career.I monitor and control the flow of work through an internal project management system to ensure high levels of efficiency, client satisfaction and smooth allocation of workloads.Key roles include:• Planned and managed detailed project plans ensuring deadlines, budgets and requirements were met.• Collaborated closely with front end developers to oversee the design and build phases of each website to ensure timely delivery, high quality and client satisfaction.• Gathered CMS development requirments, tested new features and reported system bugs to developers.• Led weekly client calls to provide updates and subsequent instructions to ensure deadlines were met.
