• Responsible for all accounting and finance functions for a $70 million business unit. • Develop, monitor and ensure necessary financial controls in place and followed for unit experiencing 30% annual growth.• Lead the budgeting and forecasting efforts of the fulfillment center.• Prepare bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly R & O’s for fixed and variable costs.• Manage and develop the finance and buying teams for the facility.• Measure and monitor the results of all LEAN Kaizen Initiatives and Six Sigma Black Belt projects.• Work side by side with the General Manager and Senior Team to drive process improvements and cost savings.• Communicate the results of previous day’s activities and how they affect the weekly and monthly budgeted expectations to Operation Managers, Area Managers and Process Assistants. • Drive the reduction of variable costs by closely monitoring labor needs versus expected rates (daily activity October thru December).• Provide training of the finance staff for all fulfillment centers in the United States.• Train all new managers on the standard reports used to monitor the facility’s activities.• Provide Ad Hoc analysis as requested by management or as identified/needed by the corporate finance team.

• Responsible for all accounting functions which include profit margin analysis, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, cash flow analysis and management, commissions and collections. Develop and implement Job Costing System.• Weekly sales commissions and sales performance analysis• Review credit & arrange financing for customers• Supervision and staff development• Prepare and analyze financial statements. Monthly analysis of materials and labor (actual to estimated). Weekly analysis of installation performance and affects on cash flow projections. Monitor costs and determine when to increase par costs to sales staff to maintain required profit margins. Negotiate pricing with suppliers based on volume.
