Work with R&D, Production, Merchandiser and Technician to resolve the generic quality issues and establish corrective & preventive action plan.• Evaluate and review pilot test samples and pp samples, PPA/FOP samples all finding are properly documented and to be discussed during pp samples.• Conduct pp meeting with buyer & HK colleagues & work closely with buyer and resolve any quality issues encountered in pp samples & pilot test samples.• Attend fit sessions.• Conduct first piece garment evaluation prior to production.• Lead and manage a group of quality team to work towards company’s goal as well as customer’s requirements and satisfaction.• Develop and set-up process control for those critical processes for earlier detection of defects as well as to minimize yield loss at final finishing.• Provide quality education and training to quality staffs and shop floors inspectors.• Train and guide QC to properly execute their respective functions.• Monitor the performance and evaluate effectiveness of local QC.• Monitor compliance to existing QC/QA systems and procedures.
