About Shirley Adrain

Diversity and Inclusion Consultant, Corporate Trainer and Leadership Coach for global banks and professional service organisations across Asia Pacific. As founder and CEO of Career Catalyst Group Ltd (CCG), I draw on over 20 years’ financial services leadership experience to deliver D&I workshops and leadership coaching to the likes of HSBC, BNP Paribas, EY, Goldman Sachs and Citigroup.Skilled at developing inclusive global leaders and propelling women into leadership roles, I design and deliver interactive group workshops including CCG’s widely lauded programmes “Getting Inclusion Right” and ‘Steps to Success’.
