The format of this delivery varies from public speaking, guest slots on BBC radio, drop-in sessions, workshops, to staff CPD sessions in teaching schools.I passionately believe that if you can learn great emotional wellbeing techniques including mindfulness and meditation, you can transform your life and your health. Everyone deserves to find some peace and joy in life and I love to help people find that.I love bringing wellbeing into the community and have run drop-in sessions for young people in school and offer free mindful walking in the local community, to help people find wellbeing through connection with nature and each other.
