Manage all tax and governmental matters within SEWS. Calculate the quarterly tax provision and work with KPMG on all tax matters; further understand all changes within SEWS structure as they occur so as to incorporate those changes into the tax provision calculations. Complete all sales and use and GST tax returns monthly. Complete all required governmental reports quarterly. Manage the completion of the property tax returns through the information provided to outside consultants. Assist in providing information to KPMG for the income tax returns. Complete all necessary licenses and annual filings. Manage the foreign tax credits, state nexus and other income tax related issues.

Assist the Internal Controls Manager in coordinating efforts with management to ensure that the company is in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) requirements and that the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting is adequate.
