I directly supervised 4 Warranty Clerks, reconciled 20 accounts weekly, including the Factory Warranty, Extended Warranty, Courtesy Delivery, PDI, and American Honda Employee schedules for all 4 stores. I have created many reference guides for new employees, including a battery pro-rate chart, a Warranty Quick Reference guide for Service Managers and Warranty Clerks, Advisor and Tech check lists, Extended Warranty billing instructions, and a Courtesy Delivery process sheet.I applied on behalf of the Honda and Acura stores for an increase in their Warranty Parts markup and received 70.67% for Honda and 75.19% for Acura. We were one of the first few Honda dealers in Atlanta to receive this 5 years ago. I filled out the paperwork for labor rate increases for all 4 of our stores.I also worked closely with the Service Managers as well as the Factory DPSM’S from Honda, Acura, & Kia

Key Results:I was hired to bring the warranty schedule up to date. When I took over it was at $225,000, with over $78,000 over 120 days old. I subsequently brought it to a current balance of $20,000. I was responsible for accurate data input of manufacturer warranty labor/parts/sublet charges, proper repair order file documentation, claim submission and tracking, correction and submission of rejected claims, and reconciliation of manufacturer warranty receivable spreadsheets. I created a service profit control spread sheet that will help a service manager keep track of his performance goals. I will be happy to produce a copy of this report upon request.I then took over the Bodshop claims and have collected claims that were two years old and were ready to write off. I keep the bodyshop schedule current and up to date and have created a bodyshop insurance comparison spread sheet to help with bodyshop auditing. Key Results:I do the majority of book work for this company using Quickbooks Contractors Edition. I open the mail, post bills, pay bills as directed, post deposits, and balance the check books. I print and mail all 1099 forms at the end of the year.I keep all vendor files current, including insurance coverage and tax forms.

Key Results:I was the dispatcher / booker. I was responsible for dispatching work to the mechanics and for making sure that the work that came in was finished in a timely manner. I became the warranty administrator and was in charge of the dispatcher / booker. I was responsible for making sure that the warranty schedule was current and up to date. I created a spreadsheet to keep track of the mechanic's payroll. I created several other excel spreadsheets to help with efficiency in the service department. I have a recheck form, a technician productivity form, and a route sheet. Copies of these reports are available upon request.

Key Results:I was the dispatcher and was in charge of booking over 3500 hours of customer pay, warranty, and internal hours.I created a dispatcher route sheet in excel to help keep track of all of the work in the service department.
