- Provide financial advice and support to key business leaders to manage business operations and performance effectively and efficiently.- Perform month end transactions and financial analysis reports. - Manage and support explanation and analysis of quality and timely routine, cyclic and ad-hoc financial management reports.- Own the budgeting, forecasting and annual planning process for business unit ensuring strategic alignment to business objectives.- Provide support to the business on commercial strategies, project costing and business case preparation.- Ensure adherence with all industry relevant legislation and compliance.

- Prepare reports for management meetings such as QoQ and YoY reports such as aged inventory reports, obsolescence reserve and internal due diligence reports, and provide comments for other reports.- Prepare monthly board decks and reports, dashboards and KPIs in relation to the Supply Chain function.- Understand key issues associated with budget, forecasting and month end reporting and ensure corrective action is taken where relevant. - Establish collaborative relationships to meet business needs.- Calculate and maintain accuracy of product DMC.

- Provide support to the business on project costing. - Prepare monthly inventory reports to support decision making. - Coordinate with sales team and supporting long term debts collections. - Take ownership of monthly end closing tasks related to costing, accounts payable, accounts receivable and cashflow related accounts

- Review purchase order (PO) invoices and employee reimbursements, ensuring compliance with policies, and process timely payments.- Conduct account reconciliation for Accounts Payable, liaising with internal departments and third-party vendors to verify accuracy.- Coordinate with both internal and external auditors for annual and quarterly audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
