- Prepare reports for management meetings such as QoQ and YoY reports such as aged inventory reports, obsolescence reserve and internal due diligence reports, and provide comments for other reports.- Prepare monthly board decks and reports, dashboards and KPIs in relation to the Supply Chain function.- Understand key issues associated with budget.

- Provide support to the business on project costing. - Prepare monthly inventory reports to support decision making. - Coordinate with sales team and supporting long term debts collections. - Take ownership of monthly end closing tasks related to costing, accounts payable, accounts receivable and cashflow related accounts

- Review purchase order (PO) invoices and employee reimbursements, ensuring compliance with policies, and process timely payments.- Conduct account reconciliation for Accounts Payable, liaising with internal departments and third-party vendors to verify accuracy.- Coordinate with both internal and external auditors for annual and quarterly audits.
